If you are a UTD student, faculty, staff, or affiliate member with a Net ID and password, please click the button below marked UTD Login to begin your permit purchase.



If you are not affiliated with the university, click the button below marked Guest Login to create a guest account, or to log in to an existing account. 

If you are a former student or employee and already have a UTD ID and Net ID, but have lost access via the UTD Login, please select Guest Login.


Guest accounts can register vehicles, pay parking citations, or appeal citations. If you need to purchase a parking permit for the campus, please contact our office at park@utdallas.edu for assistance.

If you are an incoming student or a new faculty or staff member and your account login is not working, do NOT create a guest account. Guest accounts cannot purchase permits. New student accounts are updated the month prior to classes beginning. New faculty and staff accounts are updated each business day after all new hire paperwork has been processed. For any questions, please email park@utdallas.edu.
